2 years and 2 days as a missionary   Wow! Two days ago I hit two years in the mission! THAT'S CRAZY!!!  It has been a LONG week! A lot of crazy and stressful things happened. There was a day this week where it just seemed like anything that could have possibly gone wrong, did!  By the time night came around, we were exhausted, stressed, and wanted nothing more than to just go home and sleep. We had a District Council that I will probably never forget. We were all just talking about Jesus Christ, and how important He really is in our lives. He is our Savior, He died on the cross for us, He loves us and cares about us so perfectly and individually!  We have experienced some really tender experiences this week. My testimony and love for Jesus Christ has grown so much! He stays true to His promise, "I will not leave you comfortless."  I love my Savior! Also, wow, General Conference... Just incredible! Elder Kopishke's talk about mental health was beautiful. Elder Kopishke

It's a Great Day to Be a Missionary!   Hello hello hello!!!  Just one thing... I love God and Jesus Christ!!! Being able to show other people how much God loves them each day is seriously the best thing ever!!! I'm so excited to use everything I have learned here after the mission (in like a month )  We are crazy busy busy busy, but like my companion and I tell eachother each morning, "it's a great day to be a missionary" Here's a little miracle we saw recently. We were going over to the grocery store to get a few things. Before leaving, we knelt down and said a prayer. In the prayer I asked that we could find someone who would recognize us in the streets. We went to and from the store and nothing happened and I forgot about that prayer . Later that day, we were walking to visit an AMAZING family, and I heard someone honking at us. I turn around and see someone waving us down! We walked over and realized who it was! It was Rensol and his family! I had taught t

No Hay Coincidencias   Holaaaaaaa cómo estáis?? These last two weeks have been BUSYYYYYYYY!!! I'm loving it!!!! Between a First-Ever in person Mission Conference and welcoming a new Mission President, we haven't had time to even think about being bored!!! The mission conference was seriously so amazing! Having so many people together was such a powerful experience! Something that really touched my heart was when we all stood up and, arms around eachother, sang our mission hymns! Tears were definitely falling down my face and soaking my mask  It was so hard to day goodbye to President and Hermana Galli, they have both been such amazing influences to me and have taught me a lot about how to love others, how to be a Christlike leader, how to love the scriptures and so much more! Things got even crazier however the day after the conference when we picked up President and Hermana Villar from the airport! President Villar Is a General Authority and has served in the South America Sou

Back in the Office   Hellllloooooo everyone!!  Wow I have some CRAZYYYYY NEWS! A lot has happened this past week, like A LOT! On Saturday morning, my companion and I were just sitting down to plan our day when we the the dreaded "Me puede llamar por favor?" (Can you please call me?) Text from our Mission President. I had only two transfers in Lleida, and therefore expected to probably stay one more. Welllllllll President definitely threw a big surprise my way. He said, Elder Boden, I know you already were in the office for five transfers,,,, buttttt we are going to be getting a ridiculous amount of new missionaries very soon (FINALLY!!!! We are so ridiculously small, many companionships are currently covering what used to be entire zones of missionaries) and it will be an absolute mess trying to get the residency done for all of them, so you will need to come back here and train the new Residency/housing/technology Secretary to help out with this! Well if that wasn't big
