Feliz navidad!! (Almost) Hola everyone!!!!  This was a fantastic week here in wonderful España!!! We witnessed many blessings and miracles this week!! (I had to retype this sentence, because the first one was in Spanish, accidentally using Spanish, that's pretty cool) There is so much I want to share from this week, but to save you all time, I'll try to condense it and share some stories that really stood out to me(: So to get to a certain area of town where we have a lot of amigos, we have to walk through a tunnel, and there's always this one homeless man with a flute. The first time I saw him Elder Toro told me, "hey just walk past and don't talk to him," and i didn't like that, it made me so sad to see that someone is living a life where everyone just ignores him all day everyday. And so when we walked past and he tried to talk to us and ask for money, I just turned and said, "hey I'm so sorry I don't have anything...

Higher and Holier Hola everyone!!!!! Another awesome week here in Spain!!!!! A lot happened this past week!!! Last Tuesday we had Zone Conference. It was different than most zone conferences. We had 6 zones all in Barcelona!! 120 missionaries!!!! It was so so amazing!! We got to hear from Elder De Feo from the 70 as well as brother and sister Bushman (cant remember their first names, but they're like famous and have written books for the church and stuff) They were all super super amazing! The theme that I got out of Zone Conference was "Higher and Holier" It's interesting because I have found a lot more about becoming "higher and holier" in my scripture study.  Basically what it means, is that we need to always remember we can't be perfect yet. Jesus Christ is the only person to walk the Earth who was perfect, BUT we do have the potential to become perfect eventually. So we also need to remember to never stop trying to improve. W...

Martians and Chicken Feet Hola everyone!!!  It was another great week here in España!!! The weather wasn't awful a few days, which was super awesome!!! We even got to play soccer with some of the kids in the neighborhood. Something that I learned was, you don't have to actually be good at soccer,  you just have to be willing to push the other person harder than they push you   I mean I'm no expert on Fútbol, but the rules must be different here than in the states!!! On Saturday our Zone decided we wanted to go crazy with contacting and finding as many people as we could!! We set a goal to get 100 numbers that day in our zone, which means about 10 numbers per companionship! We had a ton of appointments already set up for Saturday,  so we didn't have as much time during the day when the sun was actually out and people were actually happy to go contacting, but we had about two hours that night and talked to as many people as we could and ended the...

TENGO DOS MESES EN MI MISIÓN! Hola Amigos!!! This was another great week here in beautiful España!! Also today marks 2 months here in my mission!!! I have loved it so much and pretty much never want to leave! It's crazy how fast time flies when you're having fun/super busy/getting doors shut in your face! We have a bunch of new people here who are interested in learning about the gospel! We have a couple amigos who are looking really promising, they are absolutely loving the Book of Mormon!! We have met with this couple a few times, they're super nice people and super humble! I found out that they were living on the streets for 6 months before a member took them under his wing. We invited them to read 3 Nephi 11, and testified of the love that our Savior has for us, and the next time we met they were so excited and came with sky many great questions!!! It's just amazing because, in their lives, the gospel truly is everything they needed, and I l...
