Francia!!! Hola everyone!!! This was a great week!!! But geez it's starting to feel a whole lot more like winter here!!!🥶🥶 This was a really good week with lots of miracles everyday!!!! I just love being a missionary,  truly there just isn't anything like it!!!  Fun little story from yesterday! So San Sebastián is very North Spain and close to France. There's a member family who lives in France and invited us over for an FHE last night!!! It was kind of cool hahaha it's like an hour train ride and then you cross a bridge and you're in a different country now  France is pretty cool, and they gave us fancy french bread and chocolate and that was delicious!! Great family! Super faithful!!! It would be difficult to take an hour train to and from church every Sunday!  Here's a super miracle from this week!!! Friday night we were talking with a member here who probably is one of the strongest members and has a crazy powerful testimony! We asked him...

A Lot of Contacting Hola everyone!!! How are ya all???? It was a great week, full of miracles every day here in BEAUTIFUL Spain!!!! Also it's freezing cold now, I thought it was cold when I first got here, yeah I was wrong,  this is freezing cold This was definitely a very different week than some of the other weeks here. I got a new companion this week because of some emergency transfers as a result of some VISA problems with some Elders. His name Is Elder Rappleyea (pronounced Rapley) He is from North Carolina, which all the people here when he tells them that, they all ask him if he knew Michael Jordan was born there  He's super tall, has about 9 months in the mission, speaks really good Spanish,  and loves being obedient and working hard, we are getting along great!!! I think Elder Rappleyea brought some good and bad luck here to San Sebastián.  The bad luck is that since he has been here, almost all of our  appointments with people have fal...

New Decade Brough Massive Allergies Hola everyone!!!! It was another great week here in ESPAÑA!!!!! Last week we went ice skating on Preperation Day, tons of fun!!!! (Until at Zone Conference our President told us, "hey here's a reminder, you can't go ice skating " go us 🤫🤫)  Didn't even fall, just couldn't walk afterwards!! For New Years Eve, we got permission to stay up till 12, which was a ton of fun, I was just dead the next day,  waking up was not a fun thing to do   We ate with the Hermanas with a family from Nicaragua,  and ate steak and beans and it was delicious!!! Woke up the next morning and still wasn't even close to hungry, but we were invited to lunch with the Hermanas and a different family from the phillipines and we ate way too much food, and when we were leaving to go to a different appointment,  they told us to come back afterwards,  so we did  I can honestly say I dont think I've eaten more food in one day in my ...

Almost Gave Someone a Broken Nose for Christmas This email is for last week, sorry I ran out of time ahahaha.. Great week as always!!! I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas!!! Christmas here definitely didn't feel a whole lot like Christmas! It was a good day, but definitely very different, super grateful for the opportunity we have to call our families!! It was weird also that my warmest day here was Christmas  One of my favorite traditions is every Christmas eve with my sisters, we build a big fort in our playroom and sleep in it! Well after telling Elder Toro that, he said we had to do it, so that, along with watching the family video that my dad made, was the highlight of my Christmas!!!!! It was a lot of fun It was weird waking up and the only presents to open were the kinder surprise eggs we bought the night before, but was still a very good day! Christmas here is basically the same as us just very mellow and people don't care as much How was Chris...
