Fighting Fear Hola Hola everyone!!! Another great week here in beautiful Spain! It's so beautiful here in Barcelona, well i imagine it is, the only part that i have seen of it is the apartment across the street from my window..  Hahah jokes aside, I am doing great! Of course, I would rather there, yanno, not be a world-wide pandemic, but other than that things are great! We actually have had quite a bit of success this past week! In my contacts there are like 500 people who we have no idea who they are, (Old amigos, less actives, ect.) So I have just been cleaning up our contacts and calling each of them and seeing if they remember about the missionaries and if they would be interested in a daily scripture or spiritual thought! I have had so many people who are interested in that!! And then after a little bit of getting to know them, I see if they are interested in doing a videocall and we share a message!! THE LORD HAS NOT ABANDONED US!!! Some of the other missionar...

The Work Cannot Be Stopped Hola Hola It has been another CRAZY week here in Spain, of not knowing what would be happening the next day!! They sent a few more missionaries home from our mission for a total of 36 young missionaries, and 16 senior couple missionaries. It's so sad, but we recieved some great news yesterday! No one else from our mission should be going home! Up till now, we didn't know if they would be sending us all home or not, but nope! We're staying!! And wow, what a blessing that is!!! We also got word that the King of Spain announced that the nationwide quarantine is extended until at least  mid-April. And our Mission President told us that we should probably plan to have to stay indoors for longer than that. It's been kind of crazy in quarantine, we actually were able to go outside once this week because we had to go to the Pharmacy, but we ended up getting yelled at for being outside by the police, and almost each got a 600 euro fine.....

Una Semana Muy LOCA Hello hello!!!! This was the weirdest and craziest week of my mission! I'll give a good description of each day from this week! Monday: Nothing crazy in regards to The Corona Virus; but we committed one of our amigos, Ricardo, who smokes 4 packs a day, to start to quit by only smoking one pack a day!! We took all of his cigarettes and threw them away!! Tuesday: Another pretty mellow day. We toured a sweet castle, and the new Zone Leader finally arrived, so we headed back to Benidorm. Wednesday: We went to the store and each spent 70 Euros on food. We were all told we need to have a 2 week supply of shelf food in our apartments. We bought a ton of food and water. Thursday: Now this was a crazy day... We had District Council in the morning, we were just about to go get lunch, excited for a busy day, meeting with 3 new people, when we got a call From President Galli. Gospel Brings Blessings Hola hola! Another week gone by crazy fast!! This week we met with Ricardo. He had been meeting with the missionaries for a whole like 4 months ago and then dropped all contact with us. He had really bad cancer and thought he was going to die 2 months ago so he had to take care of a bunch of things. Well he contacted us and we met with him, he's super amazing! He's had such a hard life and is also convinced that his girlfriend is possessed with devils, so we met with her and she seems fine, just someone who's a little negative and missing direction in her life, but willing to learn!!!  We ended up committing Ricardo to try and quit smoking, he smokes about 4 packs every day, and we took all his cigarettes last night and he was super excited!!  Wow I just can't describe the look in someone's eyes when they're starting to see the light and the love of Christ in their life! The Blueprints of the Church of God Hello Everyone!! This week has been a good one!! I have been thinking a lot about The Restoration and the formation of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints this week. As I have been Reading, "Saints," It has been on my mind a lot more. Also, it feels like as I have been thinking and studying about it more, I've been teaching about it a lot more as well, it seems to have been coming up a lot more in discussions (How interesting, An All-Knowing God is involved in preparing His missionaries for the people that they teach? Who knew?) A few days ago, we were contacting in the park, and two Jehovah's Witnesses came over to us and started a conversation. We just talked for a little bit about missionary work and such, and then started to talk about our beliefs.
